INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES “BIJ AQUAMARIJN”


GENERAL
BBQ
Barbecuing is permitted at your pitch and at the cottages, provided you use proper equipment and responsibly. Due to weather conditions, a barbecue ban may be issued. Please ensure there is always a bucket of water nearby.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is until 10:30 AM. Depending on availability, you can extend your stay for a fee. Please inquire about the options. Lost or damaged keys will be charged to the guest. Check-out time from the campsite is 11:30 AM.CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY AND
ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION
Normal water and electricity usage (3 kWh daily) is included in the rental price. The use of large electrical appliances, such as ovens, deep fryers, and air fryers, is not permitted. Excessive power usage will be billed.
DOGS
Dogs must be kept on a leash on site, also to disturb other guests as little as possible and to be walked outside the site. Dog poop should always be cleaned up immediately. Poop bags are available and can be deposited in the residual waste container. Dogs may not be left alone in the property.
DISRUPTIONS
Disruptions must be reported immediately. We will take action as soon as necessary. In the event of an emergency, we can be reached day and night at (+31)(0)524 22 20 08.
PARKING
Cars may only be parked in the designated spaces on the grounds or in the parking area. Parking is not permitted on the camping field.
SILENCE
It must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00 in order to get a good night's rest
TOILETS
Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Dispose of sanitary towels, diapers, tampons, and similar items in the designated waste bin.
PLEASE NOTE: Special toilet paper is used in the “Amethist” and “Robijn” B&B rooms because the drain is connected to a Sanibroyeur. Do not flush wet wipes down the toilet! This will immediately cause blockages.
WASTE
You can place your garbage bags in our containers. Due to waste separation, the various types of waste must be deposited in the designated containers. Separate containers are available for glass, paper, plastic/tins, and residual waste. Large and bulky waste must not be placed or left in the containers. If this is found, a charge will be made. Please do not throw glass in the containers between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
WIFI
Free WiFi is available in all units and throughout the property. The password for our network “Bij Aquamarijn Guest” is Welkom@drenthe
HOSPITALITY
SANDWICH SERVICE
You can order fresh bread rolls from us daily. Please complete the order form and submit it at least one day in advance. You can pick up the rolls the next morning.
BREAKFAST
Would you like a delicious, extensive breakfast? You can reserve this up to one day in advance. We serve breakfast, subject to availability, in our charming farmhouse or we can deliver it to your accommodation in a breakfast basket.
DINNER
Our guests can enjoy a cozy dinner in the farmhouse in the evening. Our small dinner menu offers a choice of several set menus. Would you like to take advantage of this service? Please reserve at least two days in advance.
SNACKS
We can prepare various snacks for you in the farmhouse kitchen. The kitchen is open until 10:00 PM. (Outside of season, the kitchen closes earlier.) You are not permitted to consume your own drinks and food in the farmhouse, common area, or on the farmhouse terrace.
